History:
Torrie Wilson is not one of the most skilled wrestlers, but she's probably one of the most beautiful. Torrie first arrived on the wrestling scene as Samantha in WCW. Samantha was immediately linked to David Flair. In Wilson's Pay Per View debut, she slapped the face of Ric Flair in his match with Hulk Hogan at SuperBrawl IX. It was later reported the Torrie had ended her stint with WCW.
Torrie returned to WCW on May 17, 1999, under her real name. She was once again linked with David Flair. On the June 29, 1999 episode of Nitro, Torrie helped Kevin Nash kidnap Gorgeous George. At '99 Bash at the Beach, Wilson was in Flair's corner when he won the U.S. title from Dean Malenko.
Torrie later left Flair and became Billy Kidman's valet. She was in Kidman & Eddie Guerrero's corner when they won the WCW tag titles from Harlem Heat. On the November 1, 1999 episode of Nitro, Eddie Guerrero went one on one with Perry Saturn in a key match. Torrie was in a shark cage. Torrie wrapped her belt around Saturn to get the victory for her Filthy Animal teammate. Torrie later participated in a Filthy Animals vs. Revolution 6-person Mixed Tag Team Match at the '99 Mayhem. Wilson was the last member of her team, before being eliminated by Perry Saturn. The Kidcam caught Wilson & Guerrero together the next night, causing a short feud between Guerrero and Kidman.
After 2 months away from television, Torrie returned to assist Kidman in a victory over The Artist. At the '00 SuperBrawl, Wilson was in Kidman's corner when he defeated Vampiro. Wilson was in Kidman's corner once again when he teamed with Booker T. to beat Harlem Heat 2000. When Kidman joined The New Blood, Torrie did as well. Wilson turned against Kidman during his match with G.I. Bro (Booker T.) on the June 5, 2000 edition of Nitro. At the '00 Great American Bash, Wilson helped Hulk Hogan defeat Kidman to earn a WCW Heavyweight title shot.
Torrie returned once again at the '00 Bash at the Beach and announced that she and "The Franchise" Shane Douglas were a couple by helping him defeat Buff Bagwell. The next night on Nitro, Torrie & Douglas set their sights on Billy Kidman. Later that week on Thunder, Wilson and Douglas beat Daffney & Crowbar. At the '00 New Blood Rising, Torrie received a spanking from Kidman during his match with Torrie's new associate. At the '00 Fall Brawl, Douglas & Wilson beat Madusa & Kidman in a scaffold match. The following night, Torrie & Douglas beat Kwee Wee & Paisley. WCW released Torrie of her $250,000 per year salary in December.
In June of 2001, Torrie was contacted by the WWF. WWF management thought she would make a good addition to the Invasion and signed her to a contract. Torrie defeated Trish Stratus in an arm wrestling match thanks to help from Stacy Keibler, but at Invasion '01, the two Alliance girls fell to the more experienced Trish Stratus & Lita in a tag team bra & panties match. The following night, Torrie defeated Stratus in a spanking match. The next week, Wilson & The Hurricane defeated Lita & Matt Hardy. In the late summer, the WWF decided to change Wilson's storyline and make her a WWF diva. They linked her with Tajiri. Due to the fact that she had become a WWF diva, Stacy Keibler became angry with Torrie Wilson. On the October 4, 2001 edition of Smackdown, Torrie defeated Stacy Keibler in a Bikini contest. At the '01 No Mercy Wilson beat Keibler in a Lingerie match by executing Tajiri's handspring elbow. At Rebellion '01 (A WWF UK Pay PPV), Wilson teamed with Lita to get a victory over Keibler and Mighty Molly.
On the April 2, 2002 Smackdown, Torrie accidentally coast Tajiri the WWF Crusierweight Title, as he lost it to Kidman. This added to already-growing friction between the two, as Tajiri forced Torrie to wear a Japanese gasha outfit to the ring. On the May 5, 2002 episode of Smackdown, Torrie took off the gasha outfit and revealed lingerie. This marked the end of the Torrie -Tajiri relationship. On June 22, 2002, Wilson captured the Golden Thong award during the WWE Divas: Undressed special at the World in New York. Later in the summer, Torrie and Kidman reunited and began to feud with Crusierweight champion Jamie Noble & his girlfriend and Tough Enough champion Nidia. She also continued her on-again, off-again feud with Stacy Keibler, beating her in a "Bra-And-Panties" Match at Global Warning.

Her beauty is second to none, and her brains and brawn make her the total package.
Trish made her first appearance in WWE just prior to WrestleMania 2000. She teamed up Test and Albert, calling them "T&A." The duo was victorious at WrestleMania, which was Trish's Pay-Per-View debut. Later that summer, she would guide Val Venis to the Intercontinental Championship before going off on her own, and getting involved with WWE co-owner Vince McMahon. The two spent a lot of time together that winter, earning the ire of Vince's daughter, Stephanie. Stephanie and Trish engaged in a memorable match at No Way Out 2001, with Stephanie pulling out the win. A month later, at WrestleMania, Trish would turn her back on Vince and Stephanie, tired of being used.
After laying low for a while, Trish made her next big bang at the 2001 Survivor Series, capturing the Women's Championship for the first time. It seems that Trish is on top of her game -- and she's determined not to let anyone knock her down!

Fitness Model Background
It was the female form personified in comics that first enticed Trish to transform her body. She came across a picture of Marla Duncan and seeing an actual person possessing the "ideal comic body" Trish thought, "I can do that!" and thats how it all started. She looked into becoming involved in fitness. She first began by returning to her gymnastics training. It was a natural progression for her as she had been involved in gymnastics when she was younger and was very athletic throughout her high school and university years. She played everything from field hockey on her varsity team to soccer. Trish began training on her own, which was going well until she met Scott Able who helped her progress to the next level.
Trish Stratus got her first big break while working at World Gym when she was asked by Scott Able - one of Canadas premier personal trainers - to do a modeling job for a supplement line. Scott was able to help her focus in on her training and diet, and thats when she started to really see results. " Since I study Kinesiology, I know the theory but to actually practice it was quite amazing and thats where Scotts expertise came into play. "
Trishs journey into the fitness world began when she was introduced to Bob Kennedy of MuscleMag International and was asked to do a test photo shoot. The photo shoot that was supposed to only be 30 minutes turned into three hours - his confidence and her potential was uncovered. Trish trained religiously and within 6 months the did her first location shoot with MuscleMag.
Since her introduction with Bob Kennedy she has had a feature article, has appeared in MuscleMags lingerie issue and is currently on the cover of the September Issue of MuscleMag. Trish also appeared in a Strong & Shapely feature in Womens Physique World. "Its been great. Its all happened so fast - one minute Im one step away from post graduate school and the next thing you know Im on the cover of an International Magazine!!! Ive spent the last few months traveling everywhere from Europe to all over the US & Canada doing store signings and various fitness conventions - and its overwhelming that all this has happened in such a short time."
She has also recently become involved in the International Natural Bodybuilding Association (INBA) and is a member of the Natural Team Canada. "This is a great honor for me, I believe the natural bodybuilding and fitness movement must gain more exposure and so that people are more aware that the sport is a healthy sport and is attainable for everyone."
Training Trish trains six days a week with the seventh day off. She normally performs 3-4 exercises per body part with anywhere from 3-4 sets each. She believes in lifting as heavy as she could but still maintains high repetitions within the 20-30 range. She also spends approximately 45 minutes a day doing some type of cardio. Day 1: Legs Day 2: Chest / Biceps Day 3: Cardio & Abs Day 4: Back Day 5: Shoulders / Triceps Day 6: Cardio & Abs Day 7: REST Trish also maintains a journal to keep track of her training and diet. It keeps her on track and she faithfully logs her training and diet routine everyday.
Diet Trish believes in eating whole foods rather than relying too heavily on supplementation, except for when she is traveling. She eats every 2-3 hours and likes to give herself a little "treat" with each meal. Would you like to know what she considers to be a treat? Rice Cakes. Thats right! Rice Cakes. "They come in all different flavors," she admits "and its like a reward for eating properly," she jokes. Her eating regime doesnt really change from day to day and looks something like this: Meal 1: oatmeal or melon and 6-8 egg whites Meal 2: tuna and 3-4 rice cakes Meal 3: chicken and potato and/or rice cakes Meal 4: chicken and vegetables and rice cakes Meal 5: chicken and vegetables and rice cakes Meal 6: 6-8 egg whites and rice cakes Trish also uses Vitamin C, Multi-Vitamins and occasionally St. Johns Wart.
